The building is 16 stories tall, featuring 290 purpose built student apartments, nestled in the heart of Birmingham. The Torsion Group development is based on a very tight site, adjacent to one of Birmingham’s main arterial routes into the city, close to the University of Birmingham campus.

The development name pays homage to the adventure of University. Compass being the place to discover your own unique path in student life and we're incredibly pleased to be part of this project!
