Principal Mechanical Engineer, David Carpenter, snapped a photo of the completed Vita Warwick Road project, also known as the Copper Towers.

In addition to the 496no. high quality studio units, the building includes extensive amenity facilities including large screen cinema, gymnasium, laundry and a spectacular central study hub. Externally, the development includes landscaped and illuminated external terrace areas complete with WiFi and CCTV coverage.

Our Liverpool team have relocated to a new office in the iconic West Tower. Situated close to the business district of the city just off Old Hall Street makes for a perfect central location.

Rising to 40 floors, it is the tallest building in Liverpool giving stunning views across the Mersey to the Wirral and Welsh hills. The move will provide more space for future expansion and allow the team to work in a new bright environment.

The distinctive form of Ridgeback’s 30 storey residential tower takes its place on Leeds city centre skyline with one of the two core shafts already rising to level 14. Once complete, the development will provide a total of 399 apartments and extensive amenity space for its new residents.   

Futureserv held its first ever creatively  named ‘Futureserv Day’ at Manchester’s iconic Hilton Hotel on the 12th January 2024. Having now grown to a team of over 70 strong, getting everyone from the three offices together for our Christmas meal would have been a logistical challenge to say the least.

Located directly opposite Selfridges and the striking Bullring shopping centre, Broadway Malyan designed 30-storey Beorma Tower will act as the southern gateway to the area of Digbeth. Once complete, it will comprise of approx. 152,000ft2 of commercial office space, as well as 124 residential apartments, retail and leisure areas.

Great to see Renaker’s latest residential tower taking shape and transforming the skyline of western city centre Manchester. This is the first of two towers located on a common plot which extends out to the river Irwell at the West and Trinity Way to the East

The second tower named T2 or West Tower of Select Property Groups ‘Union’ co-living brand takes shape as part of Manchester’s newest district Enterprise City at St John’s.

A rare almost cloudless blue sky is always a bonus when carrying out rooftop inspections in Manchester and the recently commissioned photovoltaic array was definitely generating plentiful, clean, green energy on this particular day.
