IES dynamic modelling will carried out out at an early stage to help inform the buildings required thermal performance and the MEP design will be progressed to a Stage 4 level of detail for tender. The development site is currently occupied by a number of existing buildings each requiring disconnection of utilities prior to demolition and site remediation.
