September 2019 – Work now completed on one of Leeds largest office refurbishments.

Futureserv Leeds office undertook the Stage 5 MEP design to support the ‘Cat B’ fit out of an existing six-story office block bringing it up to ‘Grade A’ standards. The project which is one of Leeds largest commercial office refurbishment projects includes extensive comfort cooling, sprinkler protection and full lighting automation. A gas driven standby generator has also been installed to provide backup electrical power to support critical systems.
