May 2019 - Historic building in Manchester’s Northern Quarter set for full refurbishment

The building has served many uses throughout its lifetime including a bank and showroom. It will be completely refit to form high quality office accommodation on the upper floors and retail space at the ground and basement levels. The new design retains many of the original architectural features including exposed steel columns and brickwork with an industrial style. High efficiency MEP solutions will be installed with the use of natural ventilation and suspended LED lighting. The existing period cast iron radiators within the entrance lobby and main stairwell will be refurbished to help retain the character of the building.
